Windows Mobile Development Environment
Basically, you need to install upper version of Visual Studio 2005 SP1 and install SDK for development.
In my case, I was install Visual Studio 2008.
Before install the program you need to download some files for install.
First, Download SDK for Windows Mobile 6.5 Developer Took kit.

If the link is wrong, you can find that program from Microsoft website.
Second, Download Emulator.

It's same as before, If the link is wrong, you can find that program from Microsoft website.
If you finished download two program.
Install SDK and Emulator.
